About

Protecting your piece of Texas since 1972.

For more than four decades, the Texas Association of REALTORS® Political Action Committee (TREPAC) has provided a powerful voice to protect the needs of real estate professionals and individual property owners ranging from homeowners and land owners to developers and commercial property owners and brokers. Voice for Texas is the consumer outreach arm of TREPAC.

TREPACTREPAC is a voluntary, nonprofit organization, and the voluntary investments we receive go toward supporting the issues that directly affect Texas property owners. At the end of the day, we know it?s not realistic or financially feasible for you to contribute to every candidate or campaign. By investing in TREPAC, however, you can make a singular investment that has a direct impact on the political process to ensure your voice is heard in a powerful way.

We specifically use these voluntary investments to elect the local, state and national candidates and officials that have a record of preserving your private-property rights and supporting the real estate industry. As a political action committee, TREPAC complies with all state and federal campaign contribution laws.
